  • Editorial, Review & Submission Services

    Editorial, Review & Submission Services

We provide developmental feedback that helps you revise your work step by step. This service is designed to function like a Master’s-level learning process: your paper receives detailed editorial feedback and expert academic review.

What this service includes (always included)

    1) Editorial feedback (language & composition)
    You receive:

    • an annotated manuscript, and

    • a separate editorial report
Focus: clarity, grammar, academic style, structure, cohesion, and referencing basics.

    2) Submission processing
We handle: screening, checklist checks, and file checks (Full + Anonymised Word files), and preparation for review and revision.

    3) One expert review (included by default)
    A faculty-level reviewer provides:

    • an annotated manuscript, and

    • a separate expert report, plus

    • a structured review form (quality, reasoning, methodology/argumentation, sources, and contribution).

Important: GSJ does not sell publication and cannot guarantee acceptance. We support revision and improvement. Publication is possible only when the paper meets GSJ’s academic, ethical, and quality criteria.

    Word count rule

Word count is calculated excluding references (and excluding appendices, if any).

Expert review length limit (protects you)

One expert review is designed for manuscripts up to 8,000 words.
For manuscripts above 8,000 words, we may require an additional expert review or a long-manuscript arrangement, depending on the discipline and structure.

    How the process works

  • Two students collaborating on schoolwork at a library table.

    Mentorship Order – Paper Development

When You Have a Topic but Not Yet a Paper

Many writers have a strong interest in a subject, but they are not sure how to turn that interest into an academic paper. They may ask:

    • What should my research question be?
    • Which sources should I read first?
    • How do I structure the paper so the argument becomes clear?
    • How do I avoid weak reasoning and unsupported claims?

GSJ Mentorship exists for this exact moment: before expert peer review, when you still need direction.
